"ME" IS IMPORTANT IN ORDER TO BE "WE".
In the very essence of team coaching lies the understanding an individual. Team coaching also focuses on how the mental processes occur, how they influence us at work and how they can be useful for our future.
WHY IS TEAM COACHING NECESSARY?
Assess your team thinking that;
They know each other perfectly
Trust exists for your team and it is sustainable
The strong points of the team in general and its members are clearly identified
The points that need to be developed are clear
They have turned resistance into collaboration
They have reviewed the parallelity between personal values and team values
They have developed personal awareness
Where do you position yourself and the members of your team? Are there many things that you need to do in order to increase the productivity of the team? Is there a mutual perspective existing for that team?
Or maybe it has been little difficult for you to clearly answer to these questions.
WHAT IS "TEAM COACHING"?
With our services in TEAM COACHING; we apply the "Living Systems" approach to team coaching and we provide a reliable and supportive environment that directly affects productivity and performance.
HOW LONG DOES THE TEAM COACHING TAKE?
First, you need to keep in mind that each team is different from one another. That's why the average time for team coaching is between six months and a year. As the time goes by, behavioural differences and changes in perspective become clearly visible and this also clears the whole process.
Team coaches work with the teams through the whole period and try improving their responsibilities and confidence.
The team coaching begins with a 2-full day long meeting and then it is continued with either a half or one day meeting each month. If necessary, it is supported with face-to-face managerial coaching sessions.
"Team's mind is bigger than the minds of the team individuals."
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF TEAM COACHING?
Increasing the personal and collective performance and motivation
Increasing the productivity and expediency of the team members
Transformation of resistance and competition into collaboration
Agreement on mutual aims
Agreement on the definition and the principles of the leadership
