EXECUTIVE COACHING

Executive coaches work their clients towards specific professional goals. These include career transition, interpersonal and professional communication, performance management, organizational effectiveness, managing career and personal changes, developing executive presence, enhancing strategic thinking, dealing effectively with conflict, and building an effective team within an organization.


Our executive coaching approach is a sharing platform which lets you solve your problems within a limited time with the help of a professional coach.


One to one performance coaching is increasingly being recognizeded as the way for organizations and individuals to improve performance. By improving the performance of the most influential people within the organization, the business results also improve.
 

WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is the practice of supporting an individual through the process of achieving a specific personal or professional result. It is a face-to-face developmental partnership.

Professional coaching is a distinct service which focuses on an individual's life as it relates to goal setting, outcome creation and personal change management.

 

HOW ARE THE MEETINGS DONE?

Depending on the time preferance of the coachees, and focusing on developmental aims, career and life priorities; we work to create a balance between these. What happens in the end is the achievement of balance, aims and new competencies.

The following eleven core coaching competencies were developed to support greater understanding about the skills and approaches used within today's coaching profession as defined by the ICF.
